CarGuys Inc. is seeking an entry level Dealership Recruiting Sourcing Agent for Client Acquisition in Grand Rapids, MI. You will identify and acquire new dealership clients and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or client acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients for the dealership.
• Source and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts.
• Understand the needs and preferences of potential clients and match them with the appropriate products and services offered by the dealership.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client acquisition.
