Responsibilities include diagnostics, routine maintenance, parts replacement, and collaboration with service advisors to communicate estimates and timelines. Ongoing training and a clean driving record are important in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; automotive tech certification or associate degree preferred.
• ASE or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred.
• Dealership experience is strongly desired.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work in team and independently.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles; perform maintenance to manufacturer specs.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify issues.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty parts efficiently.
• Use diagnostic tools to ensure accurate repairs.
• Communicate repair estimates and timelines with customers.
• Maintain detailed service records for vehicles.
• Stay updated on automotive tech trends and training.
