Job summary

Pinewood.AI is seeking a knowledgeable Training and Implementation Consultant specializing in dealership accounting. You will work with accounting teams, controllers, business managers and financial managers to ensure a smooth transition to our Automotive Intelligence Platform.

This hands-on role blends finance operations with implementation, configuration, and training, helping finance teams embrace new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Significant background in dealership accounting or F&I operations.
• Proven training, facilitation, and change-management experience for enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience configuring and validating dealership financial workflows.
• Experience designing curricula and training assets, including localization for new markets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementations for dealership accounting and finance, from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Configure and validate GL mappings, journal entries, reporting, and integrations with OEMs/third-party systems.
• Design, adapt and deliver training for mixed audiences, on-site and remotely.
• Create training materials localized for the North American market and US users.
• Coach best practices for AP/AR, bank reconciliations, statements, compliance, and month-end processes.
• Lead stakeholder alignment and adoption planning; measure training effectiveness.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to implementation playbooks; mentor teammates.
• Collaborate with product, support and delivery teams to improve rollout processes.
• Travel extensively across North America, ~80% of the time for on-site consultancy.
