Job summary

Excela Protect in Charleston, SC is seeking an energetic Dealership Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a dealer support associate, you will build and maintain long-lasting relationships with dealership partners and deliver world-class service.

We offer a collaborative culture with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and paid vacation. The role is onsite at 7301 Rivers Ave, Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to cultivate relationships at all levels and foster trusted business partnerships with all stakeholders (internal & external).
• Ability to educate the customer/dealer on products and services.
• Exhibit strong follow-up and organizational skills, in both verbal and written communication.

As a dealer support associate (DSA) you will have the opportunity to use your clear communication style and problem-solving skills to build and maintain long lasting trusting relationships with our dealership partners. You will play a crucial role in building/maintaining the Excela Protect brand into one that evokes a feeling of deep satisfaction and brand loyalty through delivery of consistent world class service.
