Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dealer Relations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing relationships with our dealer network to drive sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of channel sales dynamics, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new dealers.
  2. Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new dealers and provide ongoing product and sales training.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Analyze dealer performance, set goals, and implement improvement plans as needed.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams to provide marketing support, resolve issues, and ensure dealer success.
  5. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer communications and inquiries.
  6. Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback through the dealer network.
  7. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all dealers adhere to brand guidelines, pricing policies, and contractual obligations.
  8. Event Coordination: Plan and execute dealer conferences, training seminars, and other engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of experience in dealer or channel management.
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining dealer networks.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  6. Ability to travel as needed (up to 80% of the time).
Preferred Skills
  1. Knowledge of sales enablement and dealer portal platforms.
  2. Experience in contract negotiation and performance-based incentive planning.
