Job summary

BizzyCar is hiring a Dealer Relations Manager to drive partnerships with automotive dealerships. You will own onboarding, ongoing training, and proactive support to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel up to 75–100% and a track record in franchise dealership operations or selling integrated solutions. Competitive base salary plus variable compensation supports growth and impact.

Qualifications

• BS/BA preferred in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling or supporting dealerships or automotive tech.
• Proficient with CRM tools and collaboration software.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with dealership partners and ensure seamless adoption of the software.
• Lead onboarding, proactive support, and ongoing training to enhance dealership operations.
• Serve as the face of BizzyCar, fostering strong partnerships with dealership teams.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell features, and drive renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the dealer experience.
