SilverChef USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across the Charlotte, NC market by building strong relationships with equipment dealers and supporting hospitality businesses.

This field-based role offers onboarding and coaching from an experienced sales team, with base salary plus commissions, potential bonus, and travel to partners.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in hospitality or sales, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to grow the dealer network.

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer-facing sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, go-getter mindset with ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a field-based role.
• Interest in growing a career in sales, business development and helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build influential relationships with equipment dealers and become their trusted partner for Rent-Try-Buy financing.
• Grow the dealer network by identifying, engaging and onboarding new partners in the market.
• Train dealer teams on Rent-Try-Buy and customer positioning.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to strengthen engagement and uncover growth opportunities.
• Help dealer sales teams integrate SilverChef financing into their sales process.
• Drive deals forward with partners to progress opportunities to funding.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, credit, funding, and operations for a smooth customer experience.
• Stay active in the market through networking and ongoing partner engagement.
