Job summary

Bally's Interactive is hiring for a Table Games position on site. The role involves handling chip and currency exchanges, maintaining game integrity, and delivering friendly guest service to promote engagement and play.

Responsibilities include following procedures, verifying fills and marker paperwork, and adhering to safety policies. There may be an opportunity to dual-rate as a Table Games Supervisor with experience.

Responsibilities

• Exchanges chips for currency and drops currency into drop box using paddle.
• Ensures that equipment is in good repair.
• Provides game instructions to guest when requested or assigned to encourage activity.
• Deals games by collecting and paying off bets, protecting the game, and calling out transactions to supervisor.
• Follows dealing procedures, safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Checks the accuracy of all fills delivered to the table and signs for all files.
• Countersigns for all markers issued, manages marker buttons and drops marker slips.
• Provides professional and friendly service following standard procedures and promotes guest relations.
• Constantly observes players to protect the game.
• Follows the Thoughtful Service model at all times.
• May dual rate as a Table Games Supervisor with experience.

Job description

Compensation:

• $12.00/hour, plus $18.00/hour Guaranteed Toke Rate

Responsibilities:

1. Exchanges chips for currency and drops currency into drop box using paddle.
2. Ensures that equipment is in good repair.
3. Provides game instructions to guest when requested or assigned in order to encourage game activity.
4. Deals games in the prescribed manner: collecting and paying off bets, protecting the game and calling out certain transactions to Supervisor as required.
5. Complies with dealing procedures, company and department safety policies, procedures and regulations.
6. Responsible for checking the accuracy of all fills delivered to the table and must sign for all files.
7. Countersigns for all markers issued, places and removes marker buttons from layout and drops marker stub and/or copy of marker paid slip.
8. Provide professional and friendly service according to standard service procedures, while promoting positive guest relations. Work effectively with other employees, vendors, guests and other visitors.
9. Constantly observes players to protect the game.
10. Must follow the Thoughtful Service model at all times.

May dual rate as a Table Games Supervisor with experience.
