Job Title: UK Dealer Marketing Manager

Salary: Up to 70K

Reporting to: Head of Brand Campaigns and Strategy

Role Overview

Are you experienced in AUTOMOTIVE MARKETING, at a strategic level managing nationwide dealer networks? This role is a new opportunity to take charge of the retailer marketing efforts of one of our own, homegrown automotive manufacturers. You will be working closely with the branding heads, sales, product, PR and digital teams to ensure the expansive dealer network has everything they need to bring customers in and push this brand even further towards the front of the pack. Planning and delivering marketing strategies and communications across the retailer network. With all the change happening in the industry at the minute, this is an opportunity to move in with a brand offering longevity, stability and big plans for the next era of automotive in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Dealer Marketing Strategy and Delivery
  • Plan and execute the dealer marketing strategy aligned to campaigns, product launches and sales targets
  • Develop and maintain dealer toolkits, marketing assets and activity calendars
  • Deliver local and co-op marketing programmes to drive footfall, test drives and leads
Dealer Communications and Network Management
  • Act as the main marketing contact for the UK dealer network
  • Build and manage relationships with dealer stakeholders
  • Deliver regular communications, briefings and webinars
  • Manage the dealer portal to ensure access to up-to-date materials
Campaigns and Product Launches
  • Deliver dealer campaigns end-to-end, aligned with national activity
  • Oversee localisation of campaign assets across all channels
  • Lead dealer marketing support for product launches, including toolkits and materials
  • Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all activity
Performance, Budget and Agency Management
  • Monitor, report and optimise campaign performance against key metrics
  • Manage the dealer marketing budget to ensure strong return on investment
  • Oversee agency and supplier delivery, ensuring quality and cost control

Candidate Profile
Essential Experience and Skills
  • Background in dealer, trade, retail or field marketing, ideally automotive
  • Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of dealer networks and retail environments
  • Experience managing dealer and agency relationships
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Commercial and data-led approach to marketing
Desirable
  • Experience in electric vehicle, hybrid or mobility sectors
  • Familiarity with dealer marketing systems or platforms
  • Experience with local or co-op marketing programmes
  • Relevant degree in marketing or business
