Harbinger is seeking a Dealer Marketing Manager in Garden Grove, CA. You will translate national strategy into practical local plans, build dealer relationships, and support campaigns, events, and sales tools across the dealer network.

You will enable dealers with assets, track performance in CRM, manage MDF/co-op budgets, and ensure brand compliance. Travel up to ~35% to visit dealers and optimize local outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of dealer/retail/channel/field marketing experience in automotive or mobility sectors.
• Experience working directly with dealers, franchisees or channel partners and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Track record translating national campaigns into local activation and measuring results at market/partner level.
• Experience managing co-op marketing, MDF, or distributed campaign budgets and approvals.
• Understanding of retail/dealer operations, local lead generation, CRM follow-up and sales conversion.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, relationship-management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Willingness to travel ~35% and be based in or relocate to Garden Grove, CA area.

Responsabilidades

• Translate national priorities, product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns into dealer plans for local markets.
• Build trusted relationships with dealer principals, GMs, and sales/marketing leaders as their marketing point of contact.
• Plan and support retail campaigns, events, launches, roadshows, and partnerships.
• Develop turnkey dealer assets including messaging, digital assets, signage, and landing pages.
• Manage dealer marketing funds, eligibility rules, approvals, and ROI reporting.
• Ensure local activity follows brand standards and pricing rules; perform regular audits.
• Translate incentive programs into dealer-ready sales tools.
• Track traffic, leads, appointments, test drives, and CRM-derived metrics; advise improvements.
• Create training and playbooks to enable dealers to execute effectively.
• Provide market feedback to HQ to improve campaigns and future plans.
