Description

Essential Job Functions (Dealer):

• Deals various table games.
• Handles currency and chips.
• Protects bankroll.
• Follows house rules and dealing procedures.
• Monitors layout at all times.
• Must be able to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and/or Security departments, especially during emergencies, as required on a Coast Guard certified vessel.

Essential Job Functions (Floor Supervisor):

• Supervises dealers within the designated area of the pit.
• Issues markers/credit.
• Orders fills and credits.
• Verifies financial transactions at tables.
• Monitors betting and playing actions.
• Rates customer play.

Other Job Functions:

• Provides service to internal and external customers reflecting the company's culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Immediately reports any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor, following company Self-Reporting Policy.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience Required: At least three years as a Dealer.
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Thorough knowledge of at least two main games (Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, or Poker); effective communication skills.
• Licenses/Certifications: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
• Other Requirements: Ability to move around the casino floor during entire shift; monitor 4-6 tables simultaneously; hear dealer calls from four tables away.
