Role Overview

The Territory Sales Manager will manage accounts, promote products, and support marketing within the assigned territory, focusing on Solenis' Pool Solutions group covering WA, OR & ID. Responsibilities include developing current customer relationships, acquiring new accounts, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support dealer direct pool and spa customers and distribution partners as needed.
  • Analyze sales data and develop solutions to grow existing and new customer accounts.
  • Support retail customers through visits, training, and sales support to meet objectives.
  • Maintain accurate call reports using Salesforce.com and communicate key insights to management.
  • Provide marketing support such as promotional materials and advertising.
  • Use MS Office, Tableau, and sales software for presentations, market analysis, and customer support.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry groups, and meetings to promote Solenis products.
  • Follow corporate policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
Minimum Requirements
  • Residence in WA, OR, or ID.
  • BS Degree in business or related field.
  • Previous sales experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the swimming pool and spa industry (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborative work with senior sales staff.
  • Approximately 40% overnight travel within the territory.
