Job description

We are looking for a Dealer Development Manager who will report to the Dealer Development Manager Team Lead, responsible for managing dealer network changes in the United States. This role involves significantly contributing to the evolution of the dealer network and expanding our dealer presence at BRP.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

• Manage dealer network changes, including dealership ownership changes, acquisitions, and new product line expansions.
• Support the Field team on dealer network standards and performance.
• Present updates on workflow and network activities.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES :

Required :

• 5+ years of experience in dealership operations.
• Understanding of OEM and dealer network relationships.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%, based out of Plano, TX.

Preferred :

• 2+ years of management experience in a dealership setting.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Initiative and proactive attitude.
