Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Table Games Dealer to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the casino floor. You will manage assigned games with precision, ensuring compliance and smooth operation while contributing to a dynamic team culture.

The role requires at least 3 months of dealing experience, strong math and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and integrity in a fast-paced environment on site in Las Vegas. Applicants must be 21+ and meet NV work-card requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing multiple table games or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and accurate chip handling required.
• Ability to manage cards, dice, chips and gaming devices.
• Clear, professional communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Make change and exchanges chips for cash.
• Handle payoff transactions and collect losing bets.
• Receive and verify table chips, and place them on the table.
• Count and verify chips returning to the cage (credits).
• Notify floor of irregularities and maintain game integrity.
• Provide outstanding guest service in line with culture standards.
