Following 8x ARR growth, GMI Cloud continues to scale rapidly across the U.S. and APAC. As a Reference Platform NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) and a validated leading NCP across both markets, we power production AI for leading AI-native companies including Fireworks AI, Cartesia, Reflection, and OpenRouter.

One cloud for compute, inference, and agents.
The Role
You are the operational backbone behind our largest sales opportunities. You own end-to-end program execution for strategic deals, from initial BD and term sheet through contracting, financing, infrastructure build-out, and customer go-live.
You will be the single point of coordination between Sales, Finance, Legal, Tax, Corporate Development, and Infrastructure. You keep complex, multi-stakeholder deals moving, surface risks early, and give leadership a clear, honest view of where every program stands.
This role suits someone who has lived through data center or GPU capacity deals, knows where they stall, and can earn trust across very different teams, in English and Mandarin.
What You’ll Do
Deal program management (initial BD to landing)
- Own the full lifecycle of strategic deals: opportunity qualification, proposal, term sheet, MSA/order form, capacity allocation, delivery, and customer acceptance.
- Build and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and critical paths across commercial, financial, legal, and infrastructure workstreams.
- Drive deals toward signature and on-time capacity delivery by clearing blockers and holding owners accountable.
Cross-functional coordination
- Finance, Legal & Tax: Coordinate deal reviews, pricing and margin approvals, contract redlines, credit and payment terms, entity structuring, and tax considerations. Keep internal review cycles on schedule.
- Corporate Development & Financing: Track progress on financing tied to customer deals (equity, debt, GPU-backed or asset financing, lease structures). Align deal timelines with funding milestones and support diligence data requests.
- Infrastructure & Data Center: Work with Infra, Data Center Ops, and Supply Chain on site readiness, power and capacity availability, GPU/network procurement, build and deployment schedules, and handover to customers.
Executive reporting and governance
- Run the weekly deal and program review cadence. Maintain a single source of truth: dashboards, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Write concise, decision-ready updates for the Head of Sales and executive team, covering progress, risks, dependencies, and asks.
- Set up repeatable PMO processes, templates, and playbooks (deal desk workflow, approval matrix, handoff checklists) that scale as deal volume grows.
- Act as a trusted partner to internal leaders and, when needed, to customers, data center partners, and financing counterparties.
- Work through competing priorities and sensitive conversations with good judgment and emotional intelligence.
- Bridge communication between US-based teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 5+ years of professional experience in program management, deal management, PMO, strategy and operations, or a related role.
- 3+ years in the data center industry: colocation, hyperscale, GPU/AI cloud, data center development, or capacity and leasing.
- Proven track record of driving complex, multi-workstream programs or deals from early stage through close and delivery.
- Working knowledge of data center deal mechanics: power and capacity (MW), colocation and lease terms, build timelines, hardware procurement, and SLAs.
- Comfort working with Finance, Legal, and Tax on contracts, pricing approvals, and deal structures.
- Excellent executive communication: you can turn a messy situation into a clear one-page status.
- High emotional intelligence. You influence without authority and build trust quickly across functions and cultures.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
- Experience at a neo cloud, hyperscaler, colocation provider, or data center developer.
- Exposure to GPU/AI infrastructure deals or large enterprise cloud contracts.
- Familiarity with infrastructure financing such as project finance, GPU-backed debt, or equipment leasing, or with corporate fundraising processes.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
- Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot, Asana/Jira/Smartsheet, and building dashboards.
What Success Looks Like
- First 90 days: You have a complete view of the strategic deal pipeline, a working weekly review cadence, and trusted relationships with Finance, Legal, CorpDev, and Infra leads.
- First 6 months: Strategic deals move faster from term sheet to signature to go-live. Leadership has real-time visibility, and fewer issues come as surprises.
- First 12 months: You have built a scalable deal PMO function, with playbooks, tooling, and possibly a team.
