Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Deal Support & Operations Administrator to streamline contracting processes and support our sales and legal teams. You will help steer contracts through internal systems, coordinate inputs, and draft documents to accelerate deal execution.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, and sales to align on forecasting and close guidance while maintaining meticulous records and driving strategic initiatives across business units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal and/or contract administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tooling and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Steer contracts through internal systems and coordinate input from various teams across Palantir for expertise, review and negotiation.
• Document drafting, processing, including formatting, clean-up, filing and executing agreements.
• Facilitate the completion of customer onboarding forms.
• Ensure alignment on deals and forecasting expectations across legal, finance, deal team and sales.
• Maintain accurate records, report project metrics and track contractual terms.
• Manage business-specific strategic project work to enable growth and scale of deal execution across the legal team.
