Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Deal Lead Quality Consultant to join the Strategy & Business Development Division under the Gas Venture Department. The role focuses on screening and valuing international gas upstream and LNG opportunities, leading financial due diligence, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support pre-FID decisions.

Qualifications

Leadership and management experience.
Ability to establish and maintain networks across organizations.
Experience working in a matrix organization with multi-disciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering from a recognized program.
MBA or other advanced degree (MPA or related) preferred.

Responsibilities

Screen upstream gas and LNG investment opportunities globally.
Characterize opportunities and prioritize them by defined criteria (upstream potential, project maturity, partners, economics, local policies).
Lead economic evaluations and financial due diligence for LNG and Upstream Projects in M&A deals.
Coordinate M&A task force inputs from Upstream, Gas Ventures Origination, Legal.
