Job summary

Aramco's Strategy & Business Development Division seeks a Deal Quality Specialist to support the LNG commercial development team in evaluating plant investments and offtake trading for decision making. You will coordinate with Treasury, Group Finance and Strategy & Market Analysis, lead economic evaluations, manage due diligences, and assist with negotiations and post-transaction integration.

The role requires senior M&A experience, leadership, and the ability to operate across a matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering from a recognized program (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 10 years in M&A, business development, and LNG/Gas work in a major energy company.

Responsibilities

• Screen upstream gas and LNG investment opportunities globally.
• Coordinate M&A task force and collect inputs from Upstream, Origination, and Legal.
• Lead economic evaluation of LNG projects, including plant investment and offtake analysis.
• Conduct negotiations with partners to finalize investment terms and transactions.
• Manage due diligences (technical, financial, commercial, environmental, legal).
• Provide market intelligence and inputs for contract negotiations and project assessments.
