The Deal Desk Operations Analyst bridges commercial strategy and execution, ensuring pricing, packaging, products, approvals, and commercial policies are translated into scalable business processes, systems, and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Deal Desk or RevOps in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing quoting, pricing validation, routing and product configuration.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI reporting and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Assist administering and maintaining the CPQ platform, including catalog, pricing, templates, approvals and integrations.
• Manage daily Deal Desk operations: quote creation, pricing validation, approval routing, product configuration.
• Translate pricing, packaging, product and policy changes into scalable configurations and workflows.
• Maintain data integrity across CPQ, CRM, and billing systems.
• Build operational and executive reporting for KPIs, cycle time, SLA, renewals, and retention.
• Support renewal and expansion operations with accurate data and forecasting inputs.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, RevOps, Product, Engineering and CS to resolve issues.
• Maintain process docs and enablement materials for accurate transactions.
• Implement automation and AI-powered tools to improve quoting, approvals and reporting.
