Job description

Immediate need for a talented Deal Desk Operations. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Austin, TX(Hybrid).

Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: -Deal Desk, Procurement, Salesforce
• Deal fulfillment experience — hands-on experience shepherding deals through a contracting-to-payout or equivalent fulfillment lifecycle, in a high-volume environment
• Contract/legal-adjacent experience (non-attorney) — comfort reading and interpreting legal contract language and acting on specific terms; preparing contract drafts, updating contracts, and similar work requiring high attention to detail.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume, deadline-driven transactional work, with the ability to follow documented processes precisely
• Highly proficient Excel/spreadsheet skills — lookups, pivot tables, conditional logic, data cleanup, and basic reconciliation.
• Experience scaling processes, programs, or organizations (moving manual work toward automation).
• Salesforce experience is also a strong plus, given ~80% of the work happens there.
• A tech background is neutral — neither a requirement nor a disadvantage.
