Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

As the Deal Desk & Contracts Manager at Mimica, you will be the operational
backbone of our commercial motion. Your mission is to streamline the deal process
end-to-end—from initial contract drafting to final signature and invoicing—while
ensuring risk is managed and stakeholders are aligned. You will serve as a central
point of coordination between Sales, Legal, Finance, and our customers to ensure
deals close efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.

Part of your day-to-day
  • Support Sales with pricing approvals, Order Form generation, and deal structuring in alignment with company policies.

  • Draft and manage sales contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments.

  • Review and negotiate commercial terms and liaise with external counsel on legal redlines.

  • Maintain internal templates and clause libraries to streamline repeatable deal elements.

  • Functionally own the quote-to-cash process and drive improvements to support continued growth.

  • Own the end-to-end deal paperwork process, including vendor registration forms, security questionnaires, RFI / RFP responses, and other customer-required documentation.

  • Track deal status, ensuring all internal and external requirements are completed prior to contract signature.

  • Partner with InfoSec, Legal, and Sales teams to complete customer requests accurately and promptly.

  • Issue invoices upon deal close and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payment and accurate revenue recognition.

  • Monitor collections and support AR follow-ups with customers as needed.

What you will bring
  • Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Contracts Management, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

  • Strong familiarity with SaaS contract structures, including subscription-based pricing, multi-year terms, and enterprise procurement processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify legal/commercial concepts.

  • Comfortable negotiating contract language and working with external legal counsel.

  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Legal, Finance, and InfoSec.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills.

Bonus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, PandaDoc (or other CPQ / Proposal platforms), QuickBooks (or other invoicing/accounting tools), and contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM).

  • Familiarity with Supplier portals like Coupa, SAP Ariba, and other enterprise procurement platforms.

  • Experience negotiating legal contract terms, especially in the context of SaaS agreements, data protection, and liability.
