Join Retell AI as a deal desk lead to structure profitable deals quickly, shape usage-based pricing, and build the playbook for approvals, working directly with the founder and daily with Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in deal desk, pricing, or sales/revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning end-to-end processes for deals over $300K.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and a CPQ tool.

Responsibilities

• Structure and approve non-standard deals in hours, not days.
• Model deal margin before every approval.
• Run quote-to-cash and automate approvals where possible.
• Collaborate with the founder and cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) to structure profitable deals quickly.
