Job summary

Transwest Inc. in Denver coordinates complex vehicle and equipment deals, collaborating with BDMs and the Credit team to launch submissions and revisions. You will own the documentation from credit approval through funding, drafting and revising loan/lease agreements with high accuracy.

Manage e-signature and funding packages, ensuring all stipulations are met. As a central liaison for dealers, vendors, brokers and customers, you’ll provide timely updates and resolve issues while maintaining CRM

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage customer challenges and problem-solve effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, DocuSign and Salesforce).
  • Experience in sales support, contract processing, financing/lease documentation or similar roles preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of accountability.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment assessments, background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the initial deal submission process across multiple sales regions in partnership with BDMs and the Credit team.
  • Review and submit deal packages, ensuring completeness, accuracy and alignment with internal requirements.
  • Coordinate with BDMs and Credit on revisions, information requests and deal structuring updates.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Credit to ensure clear communication and timely progression of deals.
  • Own the documentation process from credit approval through funding preparation.
  • Draft, review and modify customer loan and lease agreements with accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage document execution, including e-signature and online notarization processes.
  • Assemble and validate funding packages, ensuring stipulations are satisfied prior to funding.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Funding teams to resolve outstanding items and move transactions toward completion.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers, vendors, brokers and customers regarding credit submissions, documentation and funding requirements.
  • Provide timely updates to BDMs and internal stakeholders on deal status and outstanding items.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional, proactive and customer-focused manner.
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking of deal progress and customer data.
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Support regional sales operations and contribute to process standardization and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Description

The Deal Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting sales execution and ensuring accurate, timely deal processing across multiple regions. This position partners closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the Credit team to facilitate the initial deal submission process, including coordinating revisions and gathering required information to support credit decisions.

Following credit approval, this role assumes primary responsibility for documentation and funding preparation, ensuring all agreements, stipulations and required materials are complete, accurate and compliant. The Coordinator also serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, including dealers, vendors, brokers and customers, to ensure seamless communication and efficient deal progression.

This role is integral to maintaining deal quality, improving turnaround times and supporting overall revenue growth across the organization

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deal Intake, Credit Coordination & Deal Flow

Requirements
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
  • Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
  • Normal range of hearing and vision.

JOB DETAILS:
  • Type: Hourly + Incentive
  • On Target Earnings: $75,000 - $110,000
  • Shift: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
