Job summary

ADP is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst I in a hybrid role based out of Tempe, AZ or Maitland, FL. You will support pre-sales and post-sales activities, onboard clients to ADP platforms, and work closely with Sales teams to ensure accurate documentation and successful onboarding.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, fast-paced problem solving, and collaboration across Sales, Brokers and Implementation teams to drive customer success in HR Outsourcing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business operations, customer operations/success/onboarding, sales operations or systems integration.
• Ownership mindset and ability to handle confidential matters with high ethics.
• Strong relationship building and cross functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate client data with Sales, Brokers, Clients and Implementation teams.
• Structure deals and documents in CRM with due diligence and onboarding requirements.
• Develop subject matter expertise in HR/Payroll guidelines and related systems.
• Provide engaged, client-focused support for Sales partners for issue resolution.
• Communicate updates and challenges across Sales and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Offer recommendations on best practices and training for ADP solutions.
