Job summary

ADP is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst I – Human Resources Outsourcing, a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ or Maitland, FL. You will work closely with Sales teams to onboard clients, structure deals in CRM, and ensure accurate documentation while navigating HR/payroll industry practices.

The role emphasizes client-centric support, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Implementation and Sales teams to drive early-stage customer success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business operations, customer operations/success/onboarding, sales operations experience or systems integration environment.
• Ownership mindset with customer excellence, data curiosity and high ethical standards.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll industry tools and best practices preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office (CRM, Seismic, etc.) skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate client data with Sales, Brokers, Clients and Implementation teams.
• Structure deals and documents in CRM, and perform due diligence on onboarding requirements.
• Develop subject-matter knowledge of federal/state/local guidelines and maintain an analytical mindset.
• Provide engaged, client-focused support for Sales partners for efficient issue resolution.
• Communicate updates and changes across Sales and stakeholders to ensure great client support.
• Communicate recommendations to ADP leadership on best practices and training needs.
