Due to the sustained growth and success of our Deal Advisory practice, we are seeking a Manager to join our team. This position offers flexibility to sit in multiple offices or possibly remote for the right candidate. Our National Deal Advisory practice supports M&A activities of private equity clients and strategic corporations across the US and internationally. Our services include buy-side and sell-side due diligence, working capital assistance, merger integration, divestitures, and carve-outs. In 2024, our team advised on approximately 600 deals with a total transaction value exceeding $19B.

We are looking for an ideal candidate with at least two years of experience in M&A engagements within a large regional or national public accounting firm or related professional services environment.

As a Manager, you will:

• Manage activities of buy-side and sell-side accounting and financial due diligence engagements.
• Develop relationships with clients and engage with target company executives.
• Perform quality of earnings, quality of net assets, and working capital analyses.
• Identify and evaluate matters impacting enterprise value and purchase/sale price.
• Evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies.
• Communicate due diligence findings in reports.
• Supervise junior staff and provide performance feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional services experience, including 2+ years in financial due diligence, preferably from a Big 4 or large CPA firm.
• Active CPA license or in progress.
• Strong accounting, data analysis, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay Range: $117,800 to $201,500.
