Due to our sustained growth and success in providing financial due diligence services to both strategic and financial buyers, we are currently seeking a Manager for our practice with the flexibility to sit in multiple offices throughout our footprint or possibly remote for the right resource.

Our dedicated team of professionals provides a variety of services to our clients, primarily consisting of sellers, private equity firms, and strategic corporate buyers. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years of demonstrated experience performing work across an array of M&A engagements in a large regional or national public accounting firm or related professional services environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with and learn from nationally recognized industry leaders and presents a strong career advancement potential for the right candidate.

As a Manager, you will :

1. Work closely with Partners and Directors to manage activities of buy-side and sell-side accounting and financial due diligence engagements
2. Develop relationships with clients and engage in effective interactions with target company executives
3. Perform quality of earnings, quality of net assets, and working capital analyses
4. Identify and evaluate matters that potentially impact enterprise value and the purchase or sales price
5. Identify and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies
6. Supervise junior staff and provide performance review feedback

What you need for this role :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or related business discipline
2. Minimum of [X] years of professional services experience, with at least [Y] years of direct financial due diligence (FDD) preferably from a Big Four, National, or large Regional CPA firm
3. Active CPA license or in-progress required
4. Strong accounting, data analysis/mining, and critical thinking skills
5. Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
6. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
7. Able to prioritize tasks and manage assigned portions of engagements
8. Willingness to travel as needed (expected)
