Due to our sustained growth and success in providing financial due diligence services to both strategic and financial buyers, we are currently seeking a Manager for our practice with the flexibility to sit in multiple offices throughout our footprint or possibly remote for the right resource.

Our dedicated team of professionals provides a variety of services to our clients, primarily consisting of sellers, private equity firms, and strategic corporate buyers. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of demonstrated experience performing work across a range of M&A engagements in a large regional or national public accounting firm or related professional services environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with and learn from nationally recognized industry leaders and presents a strong career advancement path for the right candidate.

As a Manager, you will :
  1. Work closely with Partners and Directors to manage activities of buy-side and sell-side accounting and financial due diligence engagements
  2. Develop relationships with clients and engage effectively with target company executives
  3. Perform quality of earnings, quality of net assets, and working capital analyses
  4. Identify and evaluate matters impacting enterprise value and purchase or sales price
  5. Assess financial and operational trends of target companies
  6. Supervise junior staff and provide performance feedback
What you need for this role :
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or related business discipline
  • Years of professional services experience, including a minimum of + years in financial due diligence (FDD), preferably from a Big 4, National, or large Regional CPA firm
  • Active CPA license or in-progress required
  • Strong accounting, data analysis/mining, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage engagement responsibilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed (expected)
