Qualifications

Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
Client service intern positions are entry-level and typically either in their 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5-year program; interns join during winter/spring or summer before graduation.

Responsibilities

Supporting teams in delivering comprehensive deal advisory services, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Participating in post-merger integration projects to help businesses capture synergies and optimize operations.
Assisting in the development of strategic advice and due diligence processes to aid clients in making informed decisions.
Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and value realization.
Conducting research and gathering information to support client engagements and project goals.
Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies.
Contributing to carve-out planning and operational separation activities during client engagements.
Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and understanding of the business environment.
