The role requires collaboration with internal teams, community partners, and regular data-driven reviews to improve outcomes. ASL proficiency is preferred, and a strong organizational skill set is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in program development and management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs that advance deaf services and person-centered planning.
• Coordinate activities, ISP/BSP development, and data collection for outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams and external partners to close program gaps and improve services.
• Coordinate medical appointments and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Provide training and model support strategies to staff.
