WORK Inc. is seeking Community Training Specialists to support adults who are deaf or hard of hearing in residential programs in Quincy.

Positions available as full-time and part-time (day, evening, overnights) with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through individualized service plans and collaborative care with families and service providers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with completing hygiene and independence development.
• Develop and implement program goals and service/treatment plans.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians and service providers.
• Assist clients to obtain healthcare services and promote healthy lifestyles.
