Responsibilities

• Plans a program of study that meets individual needs, interests and abilities of students.
• Evaluates student progress and prepares progress reports.
• Instructs pupils in citizenship and basic communications skills per state law and district procedures.
• Provides individual, small, and large group instruction to adapt curriculum to pupils with varying abilities.
• Communicates with parents and pupil personnel staff on individual pupil progress and development.
