Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Current and continuing certification in MANDT.
• Sign Language proficiency at least INTERMEDIATE (SLPI); ADVANCED at hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure fidelity of behavior intervention plans.
• Direct/redirect work of teacher assistants related to behavior plans.
• Assist students to reinforce motor, academic, social, or communication skills.
• Collaborate with Behavior Coordinator to devise reinforcement strategies.
• Assist with learning and adapting to students' special needs.
• Assist students with physical needs and personal care as required.
• Manage student behavior, including crisis interventions, using MANDT strategies.
