Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or HS diploma with two years' experience.
• One year experience in asset forfeiture or related law enforcement field.
• Ability to understand the customer organization and functions.
• Demonstrated project and workload management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to review, interpret, and extract data from complex documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced skills preferred.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and flexibility.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate data from multiple sources.
• Confirm completeness and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Enter data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets accurately.
• Create case/project files and manage file status.
• Validate case data and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle requests for additional information as needed.
• Select relevant information to prepare documents and summaries.
• Manipulate, transfer, compute, and print information.
• Prepare and modify reports and correspondence with word processing software.
• Provide accurate and timely status updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
