Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association seeks a Community Engagement Manager, DE&I, in Purchase, NY. You will lead a team delivering Community Program Offerings across the United States, expand volunteers, and build partnerships with underrepresented communities, while driving awareness, education and support.

You will recruit and coach volunteers, manage budgets and timelines, travel up to 60%, and contribute to day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of proven volunteer recruitment and mobilization experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements that meet organizational goals.
• Activate and support volunteers using Association methods and quality improvement strategies.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Community Partner Agreements.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration to identify awareness opportunities and expand reach.
