Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a WDDRPM to support the DDRP for the Air National Guard. You will manage drug testing programs at the Wing level, oversee DDRP activities, and coordinate testing schedules and educational outreach to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and experience with DDRP concepts, training, and budget planning. The role may require occasional travel and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) goals, principles, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to review legal documents and process DDRP actions with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of training theories and group facilitation techniques.
• Knowledge of budget processes and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Installation Military and Civilian Drug Testing Programs.
• Oversee Wing Drug Demand Reduction Programs and report to Wing Commander.
• Present annual DDRP metrics to Wing Commander.
• Train and certify personnel for DDRP duties.
• Prepare legal documents for DDRP boards.
• Coordinate monthly and weekly drug testing schedules.
• Ensure specimens are processed and shipped per regulations.
• Maintain DDRP records and supplies securely.
• Engage in outreach and prevention education activities.
• Establish relationships with relevant support services.
