Job summary

Outreach Health in Mesa, AZ is hiring a DDD Caregiver to support clients in their homes with compassionate care. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and career growth in a supportive environment.

As a DDD Caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with meal prep, housekeeping, personal care, and health reminders. Training is provided, and benefits include health insurance, PTO accrual, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• TB Test required.
• CPR/FA certificate required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card with initial issuance fees covered.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and assistance.
• Assist with meal prep, groceries, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Support personal care including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
• Provide medicine reminders and observe health changes.
