Qualificações

• Experience working with developmentally disabled adults in Support Coordination or Care Management.
• Ability to recruit and train staff according to DDD guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and train staff according to DDD guidelines and Prestige's curriculum.
• Establish and maintain a positive rapport with referring agency personnel in order to build productive, consistently high referral numbers.
• Identifying Individuals that can benefit from Prestige.
• Collaborate with DDD and Support Coordination.
• Document to ensure State and Federal Compliance.
