Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and networking installations.
• End-to-end programming of air-side and water-side systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS/DDC projects and client interactions on site.
• Program and commission building automation systems from end to end.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure proper integration and performance.
• Troubleshoot BACnet networks and validate equipment operation.
• Provide clear communication and documentation for clients and teams.

Key Qualifications

• Strong customer interfacing ability, making complex topics understandable.
• Experience with BACnet IP/Ethernet and MS/TP networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and networking installations.
• Expertise in programming end-to-end air-side and water-side systems.

Additional Experience (Preferred)

• Certifications or experience with major BAS platforms (e.g., Schneider Electric, Delta Controls, Niagara, Alerton).
• Knowledge of SQL databases and server environments.
• Stable work history (5+ years with one employer preferred).
• Willingness to travel regionally (Maryland/DC/Virginia area).
