Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a collections professional to work from home in the United States. You will collect payments on delinquent accounts by reviewing documentation and contacting customers by phone or mail, arranging repayment plans to minimize losses.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM EST; pay is $21/hour ($43,680/year). Requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years of collections call center experience, with remote locations in Cincinnati, OH; Minneapolis, MN; Owensboro, KY; St.

Job Description

Collects payment on assigned delinquent accounts by reviewing documentation, contacting customers/clients by telephone and/or written correspondence and arranging repayment schedules in order to minimize loss to the organization.

Location expectations

This role is designated as U.S. home-based remote in the following locations: Cincinnati, OH; Minneapolis, MN; Owensboro, KY; St Louis, MO.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in collections call center

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Good knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws
• Strong customer service/relations skills
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to organize and interpret information
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Work from home experience preferred

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50
