Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of loan collection policies, procedures and credit lending principles.
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations.
  • Understanding of consumer, residential, commercial and/or dealer-originated installment lending.
  • Experience with online collection systems and portals.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Good managerial and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Lead a team of EF Servicing Team members.
  • Coordinate training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Provide high-quality customer service handling inquiries and problems.
  • Analyze and research solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in testing in UAT environment with EF applications and customer portal.
  • Drive process improvements and transformation.
  • Engage with team members and manage escalations.

Manage a high-performing team operating in a hybrid and remote environment, fostering collaboration, accountability, and engagement across home-based and on-site team members, who oversee defaulted contracts in varying stages of delinquency and different types of industry and portfolios. This role involves directing collection activities within assigned areas, ensuring timely review and recovery of past-due accounts to meet delinquency targets while minimizing loss ratios and risk exposure.
