Job summary

Flagstar is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to support residents in Community Group Homes, providing daily living tasks and personal care. As a Flagstar DCW, you will ensure residents receive essential social and emotional support and report on patient conditions to the House Manager.

We offer an hourly pay rate of $18-$20, flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights, weekends), and weekly pay with direct deposit.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification from an in-person course.
• Meets all state and federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
