Job summary

Five Star Nursing is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to support residents in Community Group Homes in the United States. Work includes personal care and daily living assistance with a focus on social and emotional well-being.

Earn hourly pay ranging from $18 to $20, with flexible shifts and weekly pay options. As a DCW, you will join a team that provides vital information on resident status to the House Manager and helps residents participate in community activities, with

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification from an in-person course is required.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Reliable transportation to the worksite is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services concerning hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transport to medical appointments or community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment in the home setting.
• Daily reporting of resident activity to supervisors.
