Job summary

Flagstar DCWs are seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to support residents in Community Group Homes. Earn $18-$20 per hour with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Be part of a team delivering essential personal care and daily living support in Westmoreland County, PA, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, feeding, and transporting residents to appointments, while maintaining a clean environment and providing daily activity reports.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an in-person course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
