Job summary

Flagstar DCWs are sought to provide compassionate daily living support in Community Group Homes in Indiana County, PA. You will assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily activities, reporting resident status to the House Manager.

Flexible scheduling with day/evening/night/weekend shifts and competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, plus benefits and employer-paid trainings. Join a supportive team and contribute to community care efforts.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an In-Person Course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to Communicate Effectively.
• Reliable Transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities and transporting to medical appointments/community events.
• Independently manage between 1 and 6 group home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Daily reporting of resident activity.
