Job summary

Flagstar Nursing is hiring Direct Care Workers (DCWs) for Community Group Homes in the United States. You will provide daily living support and personal care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety while communicating patient status to the House Manager.

The role offers flexible scheduling (days/evenings/nights/weekends), competitive weekly pay with direct deposit, and benefits including health options and PTO. CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification from an in-person course.
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a healthcare setting.

As a Flagstar DCW, you will ensure our patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to House Manager.

Hourly pay rate: $18-$20
