Terros Health is seeking a DCS Stabilization Specialist to support foster care families and QRTPs, aiming to reduce crises affecting child placements. This full-time role is in the East Valley with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 9:30am–6:00pm shift. The ideal candidate has at least 1.5 years in behavioral health and can communicate in Spanish.
You will develop service plans, coordinate with DCS teams, and respond to crisis calls, promoting stability and safety for children and families served.

Full-Time 40 hours
Shift: Monday - Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience
Preferred DCS Experience
Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS (Additional Language Differential is Available)
This individual is responsible for completing weekly planned interventions, attend CFT’s as scheduled and responding to crisis calls aimed to support individuals in DCS custody at risk of disruption, and support their families and caregivers. Staff will assist with developing: individual service plans, emergency contact sheet and at risk crisis plans. Staff utilize person centered planning; positive behavior support and Love and Logic parenting techniques. Crisis Stabilization staff will complete a written assessment and document all coordination of care services.
