Job summary

A leading environmental services company is seeking a Control System Engineer to join its Deer Park, TX team. You will oversee the design and operations of control systems while ensuring operational readiness at numerous sites. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5-7 years of relevant controls experience. Strong skills in FactoryTalk, Rockwell/Allen Bradley, and networking are desired. The role involves remote support for clients and significant travel may be required, alongside competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of controls experience preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and up to date with current technology.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness of Clean Harbors sites.
• Manage controls production environment to avoid business impacting incidents.
• Implement logic changes to minimize plant trips.
• Organize design and carry out development of Process Control.
• Develop strategies to standardize control systems across multiple sites.
• Provide remote support for multiple sites.
• Lead prompt resolution of control system performance issues.
