Job summary

Cologix is seeking a DCIM Analyst to improve the accuracy and usability of power and asset data across its data center portfolio. The role combines data analysis, field validation, and operational support, focusing on reconciling power circuit inventories and telemetry data to ensure a single source of truth for provisioning and billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational to intermediate SQL skills.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets.
• Working knowledge of ETL/data-transformation concepts.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Cologix data center sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile physical power circuit audit/inventory data and map to NetSuite records and telemetry sources.
• Use SQL and ETL techniques to extract, normalize, compare, and validate datasets; create exception reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections with multiple teams.
• Prepare standardized bulk-upload files for power circuit changes and support data-quality scripts and alerts.
• Support on-site audits and validation activities with Operations and electrical personnel.
• Develop and maintain asset-labeling standards and production documentation.
