Job summary

RCT Systems is seeking a Senior Resource Management professional to oversee airborne SIGINT missions and Distributed Ground System operations from a centralized site at Langley AFB, VA. You will coordinate missions across aircraft and sensor networks, perform diagnostics, and maintain real-time liaison with operations and maintenance teams.

Requirements include TS/SCI clearance, an Associate’s degree or 5+ years in DCGS, and hands-on experience in information system security management and DCGS

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with Airborne SIGINT systems and DCGS operations is essential.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-isolation capabilities in complex sensor networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple airborne SIGINT missions for core and DGS sites.
• Interface with aircraft, sensors, networks, and O&M teams.
• Conduct system analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation.
• Provide ground support for SIGINT systems and networks.
• Contribute to process improvement and resource management updates.
